I have become a little tired of the elliptical trainer at the gym. The best part about it is the television attached to it. So today I started a new program: The Couch to 5K Running plan. I started at week 1.. 5 min walk then 60 seconds jogging (I was probably running) then 90 seconds of brisk walking and continue cycle for 20 minutes. It seemed a little too easy but I want to ease back into running and I will do my best to keep it up.
Sorry I don't have any food pictures for today. We had so many leftovers from the last couple days that we thought we should clean out the fridge.
